The Posterity+ Team

Spread across three continents, USA, Europe, and Asia, our existing Board has the combined skills, contacts, and the know-how to bring the digital mind to life. They have successfully raised millions of dollars on various successful projects, ranging from technology to real estate.

Our director of IT and current CTO has more than twenty years of experience in coding, he started at the age of ten! Successfully exited his very first technology project in 2010, currently sits on the Executive Board of a global digital and social media agency with over 3,000 clients, including several Fortune 500 companies, across seventy countries. As co-founder of Posterity +, he is looking to commit his efforts full-time to this incredible project. Most importantly, he has gained vast diverse experience and expertise in building the best tech teams across the USA, Europe, and India. He is actively building a team of the best global talent to fulfill the vision of the company.

John Castagnini (Founder and CEO) -The U.S. Visionary

Founder of ThankGodi.com and founder of the Equilibration ™  Process. He has helped thousands of people bring clarity to their emotions. John is a successful tech investor. He is best known for his lifelong work in personal development having been featured on ABC-TV, writing for The Huffington Post, and in films alongside his Holiness, The Dalia Lama. John was inspired to create what is now Posterity + when his mother passed over 15 years ago.

Madhavan Ramakrishnan (CTO) -The Indian Tech Wizard

Maddy is an experienced developer and strategy specialist. He has worked on large-scale projects in Big Data. He has more than twenty years of experience in coding which he started when he was just 10 years old! He has a vast background in gaming and blockchain software development. In his spare time, he runs a Digital and Social Media agency with offices in US, UK, India, Kuwait, and Dubai.

Maddy has successfully exited from tech companies which he founded in the game development sector. He has built and sold two companies and has successfully raised money via the prestigious Y Combinator fund. He frequently consults on gamification and programmatic AD buying for Fortune 500 companies. Most importantly, he has gained vast diverse experience and expertise in building the best tech teams across the USA, Europe, and India. He is actively building a team of the best global talent to fulfill the vision of the company.

Nicholas Charles (CFO) The British Connector

A UK-qualified Chartered Certified Accountant who specializes in tax planning and family prosperity for wealthy property investors and entrepreneurs, Nicholas runs the Charles Group as well as managing his family’s multi-million-pound property portfolio. The Charles Group helps High Net Worth families plan their succession and future financial management by focusing on the real reasons why families fail financially over multiple generations. He works with several family offices worldwide.

Board of Advisors

Arlindo Oliveira

Arlindo is a distinguished professor of Instituto Superior Técnico, with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of California Berkeley in 1994, under a Fulbright fellowship, after obtaining his engineering degree and master’s from the University of Lisbon in 1986 and 1989, respectively. His areas of expertise are Algorithms and Complexity, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, and Digital Circuit Design. He has worked at CERN, Cadence Laboratories, and INESC-ID. He is also a member of the Portuguese Academy of Engineering and a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers in New York.

Arlindo is the author of more than 150 scientific articles and papers and has written three books:

Inteligência Artificial – published by Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos.

Arlindo brings his vast experience and knowledge in the world of machine learning and artificial intelligence to Posterity + and we are very excited to welcome him on board.

Mark Pellington

An American film director, writer, and producer. He started working at MTV from 1984–1990 winning awards as a promo producer and creating the landmark TV show Buzz.

He became a freelance director in 1990, creating music videos for U2, Crystal Waters, De La Soul, and Pearl Jam. His video for Pearl Jam’s “Jeremy” won several MTV awards in 1993. In 1994, his music video for Whale’s song “Hobo Humpin’ Slobo Babe” won the inaugural MTV Europe Music Award for Best Video.

In the world of movies, he has directed ‘Going All the Way’, with Ben Affleck and Rachel Weisz, ‘Arlington Road’ in 1999, starring Tim Robbins and Jeff Bridges, as well as ‘The Mothman Prophecies’ in 2002, starring Richard Gere, and ‘Almost Famous’ in 2000, starring Kate Hudson. In 2019, he directed ‘Nostalgia’, starring Jon Hamm. He is currently directing the Star Trek mini-series.

Bobbie Collins

Ms. Collins is an award-winning Financial Communications and Public Relations executive, with over 35 years on Wall Street. Her career spans several decades and has had her managing major crisis issues, such as the bombing of the WTC, 9/11, and the market crashes of 87 and 2007.

Most recently, she was the head of Global Media Relations for BlackRock, the largest asset manager in the world. She was tasked with branding and managing all external communications, including government relations for the firm. Prior to BlackRock, she served 5 chairmen at Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner, and Smith. Currently, she is the principal of Collins Communications and works with many high-profile C-level executives.
