FAQ

  • How do you plan to price your services?
The App – Digital Copy of the Human Mind
    1. Freemium with Pay as you Go: Each user gets to use the app for free. We will set limits on the number of future texts and emails that can be scheduled.
    2. Subscription: $10 per month: This gives them full access to the bot trainer + 100 emails and texts that can be scheduled. Once they hit their limit, they can purchase more allocation.
    3.  Subscription for future users: Once the person passes away their chosen users(family members or even the public as a whole) will have to pay a monthly subscription to access that person’s AI bot that they have developed. We envisage that this charge will also be $10 per month.

All plans get group chats included.

  • What market research have you undertaken on which to base a pricing structure?

The pricing structure is based on experience in running SaaS (Software as a Service) companies in the past and driving hundreds of thousands of paid subscribers to sign up. In accordance with industry statistics published by dealsonhealth.net, the average millennial spends $300 per month on personal and mental development. Whilst our platform will be free for users, we will charge $96 per annum for users to become club members to get exclusive access to webinars, products and to become part of a forum to communicate with like‐minded members.

On the app, we will be charging a $120 annual subscription to all users wishing to copy and share their digital minds. We envisaged that as they share their digital mind with their family and friends it will encourage additional users onto our platform and app. Finally, our CTO has over a decade worth of experience in helping multiple blue‐chip companies (including Samsonite, Burger King, and Pizza Hut) with their marketing and pricing structures.

  • What is Your Rationale for predicted income and subscribers?

Fifteen years of experience in acquiring subscribers through SEO and paid media.

The App to Create a Digital Copy of the Users Mind
Users of our platform will have the choice to be able to create a digital copy of their mind and share it with their family members. This will encourage the elder members of the family to want to create their own digital legacy by copying their minds. This is essentially a legacy app, and we are targeting the most profitable and most under serviced sector in tech – The over 50‐year‐olds:

    • Aggregate consumer expenditure is $5.6 trillion, per annum.
    •  In 2016, there were 111 million people in the US alone, generating $7.6 trillion in economic activity.
    • By 2050, it has been estimated by Oxford Economics, that there will be approximately 3.2 billion people in the world who will be part of the 50‐plus cohort.
    • The Western World is witnessing an increase in the average life expectancy as medicine and technology continues to improve.
    • 83% of US household wealth is held by people over the age of 50!
    • In 2020 there were 78.62 million 50+-year-olds using smartphones – this number is growing!

Outside of our existing connections, once we have built the first version of the AI on our app our plan is to target the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) which currently has over 38 million members who are all our ideal target clientele – over 50 years of age.

  • What are our USPs? What makes our company unique and what advantages do we have over the current competition?

    • Our development cycles are quicker than our competitors. Our initial development has been turned around within ninety days on an extremely strict budget. This should have taken nine months to produce.
  • Why is it an advantage to have our CTO and development team based in India? How will this help the company?
    • Currently, the top VCs have an office in India.
    • Major corporations – IBM, Microsoft, Google, HP, Facebook, Amazon, and now Posterity Plus have their development teams’ set up in India. This is because there is the world’s largest tech development labour in India for a cost that is 50% less than what you would pay in San Francisco.
    • Our development director has twelve years’ experience in choosing the best teams for the relevant tech projects, he has taken on.
  • How much time would be required by the client to create a digital copy of their mind?

It depends on the data feeds that are connected, the number of questions answered, and future game interaction.

As a stand‐alone product, we ascertain that on average the user would need to answer close to 50k questions in a swipe format to reach a 60% level of accuracy, combined with at least two social feeds.

  • What is the technology and processes that underly the product

We will create an algorithm utilizing both machine learning and artificial intelligence to create a digital bot that will learn from user interaction, the users social media profile, and the data provided by the user on our platform. When a query is triggered, ML helps the bot to first monitor the past conversation it had with the user and give a response accordingly. Natural Language Processing (NLP) aids the bot to understand and interpret the information closely. With NLP, you train your chatbot with various intents that the user will type during the conversation and these intents will streamline the response to the query. ML and NLP are the core components that we will be utilizing in our AI technology. Both components are needed to successfully make a near digital copy of the human mind. We must employ a variety of machine learning algorithms, most of which are falling in the supervised machine learning category, which learn the specifics of the problem from the sample labeled data and help make predictions on unlabelled data. Training a supervised ML system involves providing it with representative inputs and corresponding outputs and the
system will learn by example. These pairs of representative inputs/outputs constitute the “ground truth” from which the system learns. Deep learning architectures such as deep neural networks, deep belief networks, recurrent neural networks, and convolutional neural networks are what we need to research further to bridge the gap between what we currently know and what is possible.
Further information about our technology and processes will only be discussed in a direct investor call. We are not distributing these details in writing.

  • How will Posterity+ Overcome the shortage of AI Talent?

The biggest issue with AI and technological development is recruiting the best talent for the project whilst ensuring that costs do not escalate out of control. At Posterity+we have solved this issue by setting up part of our development team in India. Having done our research, the reasons became obvious to us:

    1. Major technology companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Google, HP, Facebook, Amazon, and now Posterity+ all have their development teams set up in India. This is because there is the world’s largest skilled technological development labor in India which can be utilized for 50% less than what you can expect to pay in San Francisco. Currently, the world’s top Venture Capitalists such as Accel Partners, Fidelity, Qualcomm Ventures, Bain Capital Private Equity, and Intel Capital all have offices in India.
    2. Our director of development, Madhavan Ramakrishnan (founder of Brew.com and Buymeacoffee.com), is from India and has twelve years of experience in choosing the best teams for the relevant tech projects he has taken on.
